Echoe Bilben is an associate attorney at Flanagan Law Group, PLLC. 

 

Echoe was born and raised in Minnesota. She graduated from Hamline University in 2020, where she majored in Communication Studies. While at Hamline, she placed first and second place in the E.W. Randall Speech contest in 2019 and 2020, respectively, for excellence in oral presentation of scholarly work. 

 

After graduation, Echoe worked in the mortgage industry before moving to Iowa to attend Drake University Law School. While in law school, Echoe studied international and comparative law in Nantes, France. She was also a student attorney at the Drake Criminal Defense Legal Clinic, where she represented indigent clients. She received the CALI Award for excellent achievement in the Advanced Criminal Defense Clinic and the Robert. K. Kromimminga Award for client representation and advocacy. She earned her Juris Doctor in May of 2025. 

 

Outside of work, Echoe enjoys crafting, reading, cooking, and spending time with her bonded pair of cats, Potato and Turnip.
